Custom & Made-to-Order Products

Because each item is crafted specifically for you, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on custom or personalized products. Please review your order details carefully before placing your purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take pride in our craftsmanship, but if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and offer a replacement or repair if applicable.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once an order leaves our workshop, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages, but we will do our best to assist in resolving any shipping concerns.
