The original farmhouse with a long harvest table, full working kitchen, and residential atmosphere that makes people comfortable enough to say what they actually think. The space for planning days, leadership workshops, and full-group sessions. Up to 25 people for seated work; smaller for boardroom-style setups.

Breakout space, presentations, and movement.
A 1,120 sq ft open studio for presentations, breakout sessions, somatic leadership exercises, and any programming that needs a different energy from the Farmhouse. Runs simultaneously as a second working space for larger groups.

The Food
Manna by Fernwood Hills — in-house food prepared in a simple, thoughtful way that fits the scale and feel of your day. Seasonal menus, family-style or buffet service. No fixed price list — menus and pricing are worked out as part of your booking. We can accommodate vegetarian and some other dietary preferences; just mention it when you inquire. Multi-Day Programs
Add overnight stays for a deeper reset.
Retreat leaders and team leads who want to wake up on-site can book the cabins, Studio Loft, or Farmhouse overnight when available. Combine a day program with evening sessions around the fire and a slow morning in the forest before the drive home.

How many people can Fernwood Hills accommodate for a team offsite?
The Farmhouse comfortably seats up to 25 people for workshops and up to 14 around the harvest table. The Studio Loft holds up to 20 in open-plan or 15 in seated rows. Groups of 5–25 are ideal. Both spaces can be booked together for larger groups running split sessions.
Is there WiFi fast enough for presentations and remote participants?
Yes — Fernwood Hills has 1 Gbps fibre internet throughout the property. The Farmhouse and Studio Loft both have reliable coverage for video calls, screen sharing, and hybrid-format sessions.
What's included in the day-use rate?
The rate covers private use of the booked space (Farmhouse, Studio Loft, or both), full-day access, free on-site parking, and access to the outdoor deck, fire pit, and walking trails. Catering is an add-on.
Is catering available on-site?
Yes — Manna by Fernwood Hills provides fresh seasonal lunches, snacks, and coffee for retreat groups. Pricing is $85 per person per day plus HST. You can also bring your own food, use an outside caterer, or cook in the Farmhouse kitchen.
Is overnight accommodation available for multi-day offsites?
Yes, but overnight stays are capped at 2 guests per booked space. Larger offsites usually work best as day-return events, with overnight stays reserved for the host, facilitator, or couple where appropriate. Ask about availability when you inquire.
